How to Use MongoDB to Scale Your App

Don't install it via app get or any of the package managers. They are all so far behind. MongoDB until you set up your like access controls, you can only access it from local host. You need to actually go in and configure it yourself to make it public. If I'm setting up for myself now, I just use Atlas. This is a cloud kind of hosted managed service. It's fully acid compliant.
