"I love that show. If you watch two seconds of that show, you will see how similar it is to dark just in tone and like cinematography and everything," he said. "The biggest lesson for me is trying to keep it as personal and familiar to the audience where they can like latch on to one thing [and] say that's a thing I personally care about while seeing how this giant mystery web unfolds."
