Having a Thunderclap Headache

Martine had what was very much a worse headache of life, amost instantaneous an onsetat she even described as a thunderclap headache. No indication of any signs of clinical stroke or other sequely of seber basular disease in that regard. But we obtained a c t andogram in the emmergency department that evening that revealed a multifocal masculopathy. There were multiple short, long segment stenoses, primarily distributed in the bilateral meal cerebral arteries and in some of theproximat branches off the metal cerebral arteries.
