One year ago, as you and I now speak, the court in your words crammed decades of social change into three days. On the first day was a case called Bruin, which was by far the most sweeping second amendment ruling in the country's history. The next day was dubs: In a sweeping ruling that overturned a half a century of precedence, five justices ended the right of American women to choose abortion under the constitution. And then the final day was a less known case, maybe less dramatic, but with a big impact called West Virginia versus EPA.
