In the 80s, you start to move and get some movement in Manhattan. And Tim Keller comes in 1989. Now, it still was a pretty rough place. There still was lots of burnt out buildings. There still been a lot of crime. It wasn't unusual to have a dead body on your doorstep in the morning. But there was this move out in the burrows where it was really bad in Brooklyn and Queens, and Manhattan starts to change.
