Don't just go there to learn English, go there to have the experience for what it's like to live like a local. You'll be much more likely to learn the language because you're going to be hanging out with locals. Those who are willing to step outside their comfort zone and take the risk of eating dinner at 6 p.m. often improve their English as well.
