We're just going to re direct - that's what it is. It needs you got to redirect to a new thought, like that neural circuit. If there's only one path, the car has to go down the one path. You can't stop the car in real life, you can stop a car and not drive down a path. With your brain, the car's got to go somewhere. But you can create a new path and re direct the car down
