Is This Wistling Coming From My Testicles?

The man went to the hospital complaining of discomfort and noise coming from his testicles. Scans at the hospital revealed the man's lungs had filled up with too much air so doctors put two plastic tubes into his throat to drain the excess air. An open wound from an earlier testicle surgery is found to be the source of the man's discomfort, but it was also discovered that a whistling noise was coming from his scrotum. The medical term for the man's condition is known as numos scrotum - which describes the presence of air within the scrotum or phezema. Doctors had to remove both the man's testicles.
