The Benefits of Magnesium for Restless Legs

There are many magnesium supplements out there, but actually the evidence is that they're not particularly helpful. So it's brilliant that there that some women are finding them helpful and that they're working. It may be a little bit of a placebo effect. There isn't one dose, there isn't one right brand or form of it that we know to be helpful. In terms of restless legs, actually that's linked with lower iron levels. Taking iron can be helpful with restless legs rather than magnesium.
