There's often this idea that we could buy a solution or build a solution a technology solution to a people and process and policy problem. That never has worked in the multiple decades I've been doing this that has never worked not once. So without that governance policy without that data management framework being driven by policy, you're going to have bad data and you'll make bad decisions which will cost you customers.
