The Space Initiative

As a graduate student at the media lab, i was learning on my own how to gather resource for an aero space ph d. And so one afternoon in may of 20 16, i walked every floor of the media lab and went around and met a bunch of my graduate student peers. I basically asked them if you had an opportunity to do what you're doing now, your biology, your architecture projectyou robotic project, but in space, would you like to do that? And no surprise, a lot of people at imite love space. And so we banded together and began building this organization as a really grass roots endeavor. It has just absolutely taken off beyond our wildest dreams
