How Can You Use Your Breath While Hiking?

In hiking, I've heard a lot of tips for like going uphill or just when you're tired in general. Do you have any tips for that? Mm. So there's so many different breathing techniques. My main focus is like try to visualize sending the breath down to your belly and you can even put your hand on your belly and think about breathing in through your nose and feeling your belly expand. This will like calm your nervous system and allow your lungs to inflate more. And then that's going to help stretch those muscles and build those muscles within your chest.
