Are You Holding You Back?

i'm going to give you all some home work for this week. So what about you is holding you back? We'll probably be a little bit more formal with how we come back. Im, i'm enjoying these sessions a lot. It's making me critically think about certain things that maybe i didn't think about. Do we understand what we're doing here, or how do people feel about it?
