Introduction

Bertrand Russell was one of the 20th century's intellectual luminaries. He and Alfred North Whitehead wrote Principia Mathematica, a book intended to lay the foundations of all of mathematics. From that master set of axioms you'd be able to derive anything that could be derived in mathematics. It would essentially reduce mathematics to a me-act of calculation.
