The Fragmentation of Organizations in Organizational Sociology

Organizational sociology draws a lot from social sciences. There are still people doing what can be called organizational sociology and related disciplines beyond business schools' work. It's almost like an interstitial space, because for the recent past many people have gotten their PhDs from business schools. The conversation has moved into that direction but there is still a lot of conversations about organizations in organizational sociology.
