The End of Moff Gideon

I feel like we're being stripped of the integrity and substance of his character as it was presented to us in the first two seasons. If he's just there to act as some sort of facilitator for everyone else, then that's exactly what he's been so far this season. Once he was able... That's all he's been. His only journey this season was to bathe in the living waters. Why are we waiting until the final episode, most likely to see Moff Gideon again? I mean, come on. We got to have the villains. And repurposed or refurbished battle droids doesn't quite do it for me. Though by the way, that is the
