Dudley and the Reptile House

I always loved that the actor who plays Dudley his name is Harry. The scene just oh as a parent this scene just like grinds my nerves because I'm like Dudley needs some time out or something. It's no surprise to me that the Dursley family are the jerks who tap on the cage at zoos. Okay like does the snake understand English or is Harry speaking Parcel Tong?
