How to Journal About Your Art

I always thought that I would be a cog in the machine when I was an artist. But now where I'm at in my life and coming back into doing art more as from sort of a hobbyist and as a meditation. Every artist makes artistic choices because of some emotion that they're having. The technique is the thing that you use to express whatever emotion it is that prompted you to make that art in the first place.
