How to Switch Between Folders in Obsidian

Gray evolved while she was using obsidian from searching through files and folders to just using the quick switcher. She now has a massive 20 something or other inch screen which is nice because I can just see everything. Gray: "I don't need three screens like you. I just have one massive ball that's born now"
