The speed at which you're right is going to be the determinant factor if you're a company successful or not. The two things that you should always be optimizing for is how long does it take us to be right and how much does it cost us to be wrong today? And as you scale these two metrics become more and more uncomfortable to talk about because I remember talking to the VP of Design at SNCC and he said, you know, any of my decision today cost anywhere between 50K and 500K.
