The Negative Legacy of the Cambodian Court
This court was bound to be extremely clunky because of this divided structure that I mentioned. That divided structure was put in place because the two sides didn't trust each other. The Cambodian government ultimately could put its foot down and say, take it or leave it. And we're able to take some technical lessons back to their chambers in the Cambodian domestic system.
