Personal consumer data is a continuous risk of being cole lected and stored without an individual's consent or even knowledge. Data is the fuel for so many innovations were seeing, but it can also be problematic in many ways. We need to move past that box that we all click on on our eye phones or android devices - when we're asked about cookies or location data. There's a responsibility that companies need to think through how to ensure people understand what they're giving up.
