The use of inotropic agents will increase oxygen demand and perhaps even worse in the RV ischemia. I think this would be an appropriate patient where we would elect for temporary mechanical support. You mentioned that there's a lot of different options for RDA support. We have the impeller or P device. There's the Protech Duo device, which can be put in via the internal jugular vein. And then of course, there's ECMO and you could consider either a VV or VA depending on the clinical scenario.
