Is Your Career Matrix Helping or Hurting?
A lot of the things in our career ladder are not things that somebody can really develop or change in an incredibly short period of time, right? So what we've done is we've put plans together for people and the outlook for the plan is sort of six to 12 months ahead. We discuss with them along the way, how they're going or how they're developing. And then at the conclusion of that period, we look back and see, okay, were they able to achieve some progression, right? Are there things for them to celebrate? And based on that, did our matrix help or hinder that? If it helped, maybe that requires a little bit of change, make it better
