The Effects of Bankruptcy on Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico is not a state, so it doesn't have some protections that states have had. And so it did not get bailed out. They essentially got pushed into bankruptcy. So lots of people lent money to Detroit. Some of them did so well after it was clear that Detroit was, I mean, so that Puerto Rico was not going to be able to pay.
