Logic Pro - Loop Back

i'm not a music person at all i do not have an ear for it but i needed a doll which is a digital audio workstation because i did get some new audio setup here. grids so i have four key lights in my office that i use for different angles of lighting stuff when i'm on camera and the problem is that i was getting a lot of spill onto other areas of the room where i don't want either. The grid i just got some cardboard and some gaffer tape which is a black non-reflective tape for photography and stuff  and i cut a land grid or just a grid and tape that up to each one of the lights so it's more directional
