Are the Seeds of That People Attunement There?

The Canadian Indian culture is more of a people-centric culture. So I think those seeds were there, but were not sort of nurtured because the engineering mindset is very focused. The inflection point caused me to sort of reconnect with those seeds and sort of nurture them forward. And before it was a kind of a break-fix kind of thing and IT has moved on as well.
