For most tech businesses who are growing, you're really looking for a one to three segments. The whole purpose of segmentation is extreme focus and prioritization. But that said, there could be sub segments within it. For your customer marketing team, how do you think about segmented onboarding? What information can we capture about a customer at the point of signup that could then tailor their experience as they start to learn about our product? Or even when I'm running my retention or my churn campaigns, how do I use segment data to understand what offers we're really compelling to bring someone back or retain someone?
