People Affecting Views

The most common philosophical objection i hear is called thee person affecting view. The idea that we should be concerned with a raising the welfare of the current generation, but not a so much changing the number of people who exist in the future. Ams you know, you shouldn't have any ethical role for unicorns. But there's nothing wrong in just letting the disaster happen, because those people remain merely possible - they're not actual.
