The FBI said they couldn't use Rachelle's evidence in court that she had been gathering up for about three years. The first was that Jared never gave names or specific places. In 11 states, including Florida, you need two party consent to record a phone call. Some later accused Rochelle of being just as bad as Jared and claimed that she was in on this whole thing.
