Is It a Form of Free Market in Governments?
Open borders are a policy that shows, in many ways, how we are really in this planet together. I once tried to sell, as a right winged friend on unopened borders by arguing that it was a form of free market in governments. There would probably be some useful market pressure on those countries to not do things that make people want to quit their jobs and leave them for another place. And just adding exit as an option to advocate for yourself seems like it could profoundly change some things about the situation and in some oppressive countries. i think th the fundamental thing here though, is this idea that we've somehow coated this idea of mobility and freedom to be sort of like a centre right
