The Importance of Marriage Counseling
I tended to be the one that was a little bit more vocal about my issues and he wouldn't I think marriage counseling forced him to when you would be vocal about your issues looking back now was there a lack of diplomacy was it kind of attacking or was it the ideal of expressing it in terms of your feelings and not putting him on the defensive. He had some methods that felt sometimes they would feel like gaslighting and sometimes they would just not change so frustrating.
