"I have been chasing the New York Times especially a feature for years I have been like squeaky wheel until I got the grease and I feel like that's how you were with sports illustrated," she said. "It was about three and a half years of trying out and then I first started in Hawaii I was working at a restaurant and I actually got fired from my restaurant job and I was heartbroken."
