The Importance of Understanding the Executive Council

I think one thing that has helped me is I always felt so intimidated by the executive council. It's been years of like seeing where I fit within EC, truly understanding at the core of what they do and who they are. And then now I'm sitting at EC with a lifelong mentor who's almost like a dad like figure to me. To see his trajectory within Saxo too is so special. That's also made me enjoy it. They're trying to keep that Saxo magic alive.
