After some time as a lecturer at a veterinary school, actually an Edinburgh in Scotland, then had an opportunity to move over into human research and I joined up with Ron Morn. We were doing all the exercise form and stuff Paul was doing is high intensity exercise and the effects of having base balance on performance. And yeah, that got me interested in how does exercise affect immunity. And what can you do about it. Can you do anything from a sort of a nutritional perspective or is it what to do with the amount of level of training that you're doing. What are the factors might influence immunity, supplements or maybe even things like sleep quality even got into it? It was pretty wide open
