Joe Biden, Is It a Thank You for Cooperating?

Biden has been very, very clear and left no wiggle room on U.S. boots on the ground in Ukraine. He's really frankly moved to save face for Germany because I think Biden is of the mind that every country is going to be able to do what they're going to can subject to their own domestic political concerns. So just like he doesn't want Germany finger-wagging America, but what it will not do, Biden has really stopped short of doing that. They are really in lockstep on a lot of these issues to the extent that there are disagreements. It'll be 11 more or less.
