The Importance of Language in Fitness
Julian Zelizer: We think what we say and what we write influences four key aspects of our experience of our self to keep things simple. Our imagination, you know what that is? That's the pictures and the movies that you see in your head. Our energy, feelings and emotions. Our language influences our body language or our posture. You ever talk yourself into a bad mood and stay there? You have. It starts to mold your body. And then we start, look at the words, everybody. I can't focus on my past because we're still on the negation part of the conversation. Everybody projections, negations, soft talks coming. What could possibly go wrong quite
