With more extreme weather events and more issues water security, i think it's important to understand how we can prevent these escullations. Strengthening regional corporation, regional gration is definitely a way of building an atmosphere in countries that does not provide the opportunities for political leaders to actually engage in a more conflictif behavior. I think data and information is another point. And if conflicts are likely to become more common in the future, with climate change making existing stresses more difficult, presumably that also might mean that agreements are going to be broken more often too.
