The Benefits of Volunteering
There hasn't been any kind of backlash against people who don't volunteer. We recognize that the work is real and it's something that kind of boosts I guess an engineer's reputation or contribution to the company more. Some of our best operational engineers like some of our best folks that are hopping on problems and fixing them and stuff just their personal choices are that they prefer not to do that type of work out of ours.
