The more advanced the cancer is, the better this test is at picking it up. But i think the big problem here is going to be within false positives. So these ar the people that are healthy, but then the test wrongly tells them that they have cancered. And when you rule out tests like this, you're going to get lots of false positives and some false negatives as well.
