You can normally get these. So it is just a cardboard envelope with a spinning disc and a little bit of that disc is revealed to show the time you arrived. Usually if you're a resident, you get these either for free or you get them for like a nominal sum from every shop in town. If you're a visitor, you just pay a couple of euro. You'll get a disc that's valid. How many discs can you have on your dashboard at one time? I mean, that isn't the hack they're using, but what at a time?
