How Much Volume Do You Need to Maintain to Get Back the Muscle?

i consider myself a life style body but i've never competed but i'm probably into this a bit more than just the average fitness goer. And one ninth the volume that would, i wouldu asbe worth driving to the gim if id been a drive therei got to do so i got o do a little of it. One third would take restraint onot, i mean, rigtand i was going to say, it's not clear. I would surmise that probably a little bit more volume, the more muscle you gain. At least it's good logical i think you can make a logical case for it.
