When you're not looking for validation, you will say so much less. You have to be in that place of I have value. Like one well placed question could blow someone's mind. And then when you're just like consistently showing up all the time and it feels really great, then you can maybe start asking yourself, how could this be more simple? But only use it if it serves you. Otherwise be willing to trust your gut that what you have to say really is going to be very impactful and it's going to make a difference.
