I think that an entry level of roles, if you are an aspiring data scientist, look for a hiring manager that's looking to help you grow and actually build your competencies. You don't need to be kind of an expert in deploying models and production when you first start out. A lot of the time that's not what these firms are looking for. They're looking for someone who has an appetite to learn and has some kind of analytical rigor that they can show and talk about.
