How AI Is Likely to Be Regulated in the Cyberspace

There haven't actually really been any legally binding rules that have been established in the cyber setting. I do think it's correct that states have reached some agreement in the cyberspace that certain rules of existing international law apply to cyber operations. The Tallinn manual is a very good example, a very in-depth attempt to capture the views of people who had government experience but were not in government at the time of how international law applies to cyber. You also, we've seen a couple of company codes of conduct. Microsoft has been interested in pursuing kind of rules of the road on cyber and so on.
