What Is the Biggest Constraint on ADD?
When you look at the process as a whole, there is the process that happens step-by-step. But then if you ask yourself, who is making this process happen, right? Now you're looking at more of a function for a human resource that's coming into play. There's a lot of moving parts in each individual step which also will bring up different constraints on the problem as a whole. So it's really important to have the facts put down, right? If you have any sort of quantitative or numerical measurements in the system, those will always be your basis for the measurement for any sort of improvement.
