As you grow more senior, it's kind of about fine tuning that skill set versus how do you grow the fundamentals. And one of the things, I mean, I'm a bit of a sucker for like personality type analysis where you do those tests and they, you know, like discovery insights and things. Okay, this person is more likely to prefer kind of vary to the point. They want three bullet points and none of the detail. Whereas this person wants time to read through a much longer in depth,. understanding your audience internally as well and adjusting your communication.
