Is There a Way to Get Rid of the Old Thoughts?

I've got this beautiful example of four grandchildren, three years apart each. The older they get now and that I can't do much except be around them a bit. It rubs off on them a little bit. And I was just a story no question, but it was a nice Christmas day. What is going on doesn't have to have anything else stop for it to be always going on. How could you be lost because you're always found you go on a train of thought. You're at the same station where you thought you left. So I think I feel I humbly believe can allow you to have a recognition that builds on itself. That's all thanks for being here
