The Import Terminal for LNG in the UK
The UK's import terminals for liquefied natural gas are what you could call the unsung heroes of Europe's energy war. This terminal and others across Europe have seen huge growth in LNG ships coming to dock. Here it's ramped up around 50% since last summer. It's a thousand gigawatt hours of energy which are moving all the way across from this ship here, right on the river runway, right across to our tanks.
