Dale: As we build out these fine-tuned language models based on the clinical notes that are in EHRs right now, our clinical notes aren't that great. IMO is actually a language model in the NLP space because we've been curating millions of terms for 20-something years. So there's going to be room for improvement on top of these large language models that's more fine- Tuned for healthcare. O'Brien: There's so much value in the clinical notes. It gives you an opportunity to look for inconsistencies or consistencies that could be pointed out and reviewed by clinicians.
